1. [106] И после некоторого времени мой сын Мафусаил взял своему сыну Лемеху жену, и она зачала от него и родила сына.
2. Тело его было бело, как снег, и красно, как роза, и его волосы головные и темянные были, как волна (руно), и его глаза были прекрасны; и когда он открыл свои глаза, то они осветили весь дом подобно солнцу, так что весь дом сделался необычайно светлым.
3. И как только он был взят из руки повивальной бабки, то открыл свои уста и начал говорить к Господу правды.
4. И его отец Ламех устрашился этого, и удалился, и пришел к своему отцу Мафусаилу.
5. И он сказал ему: "я родил необыкновенного сына; он не как человек, а похож на детей небесных ангелов, ибо он родился иначе, нежели мы: его глаза подобны лучам солнца и его лицо блестящее.
6. И мне кажется, что он происходит не от меня, а от ангелов;
и я боюсь, как бы в его дни не произошло на земле чудо.
7. И теперь, мой отец, я здесь с неотступною просьбою к тебе о том, чтобы ты отправился к нашему отцу Еноху и выведал от него истину, ибо он имеет свое жилище возле ангелов".
8. И когда Мафусаил слушал речь своего сына, то пришел ко мне к пределам земли, – ибо он слышал, что я там, – и воскликнул; и я услышал его голос, и пришел к нему, и сказал ему: "вот я здесь, мой сын, ибо ты пришел ко мне".
9. И он отвечал мне и сказал: "ради важного дела я пришел к тебе, и из-за тревожного случая я приблизился сюда.
10. И теперь, отец мой, выслушай меня: у моего сына Ламеха родился сын, образ и вид которого не как вид человека; его цвет белее, нежели снег, и краснее розы, и его головные волосы белее, чем белое руно, и его глаза, как лучи солнца; и он открыл свои глаза, и вот они осветили весь дом.
11. И взятый из руки повивальной бабки он открыл свои уста и прославил Господа неба.
12. Тогда устрашился отец его Ламех и прибежал ко мне; и он не верит, что он произошел от него, но что будто он подобие ангелов небесных; и вот я пришел к тебе, чтобы ты открыл мне истину".
13. И я, Енох, отвечал и сказал ему: "Господь совершит на земле новое, и это я знаю, и я видел в видении, и открыл тебе, что в век моего отца Иареда некоторые ангелы, сошедшие с высоты неба преступили слово Господне.
14. И вот они совершили грех, и преступили закон, и соединились с женами, и совершили с ними грех, и взяли жен из них, и родили с ними детей.

16. Этот сын, родившийся у вас, останется на земле, и три его сына спасутся вместе с ним; когда все люди живущие на земле, умрут, он и его сыновья спасутся.
17. [Они рождают не земле исполинов не по духу, а по плоти, и за это придет великое наказание на землю, земля будет вполне омыта от всей нечистоты].
18. И теперь извести сына своего Ламеха, что родившийся есть действительно его сын, и нареки ему имя Ной, ибо он будут для вас остатком; и он и его сыновья спасутся от уничтожения, которое придет на землю за все грехи и за всякую неправду, которые совершаются на земле в его дни.
19. И после того неправда будет еще гораздо больше, чем та, которая совершалась на земле прежде, ибо я знаю тайны святых, так как Он-Господь -- дозволил мне видеть их и открыл их мне, и я почитал их на скрижалях небесных.
20. [107] И я видел написанное на них, что род за родом будет беззаконовать, пока не восстанет род правды, и беззаконие будет обречено на погибель, и грех исчезнет с земли, и все доброе появится на ней.
21. И теперь, мой сын, иди и возвести своему сыну Ламеху, что этот родившийся сын есть действительно его сын, и это не ложь".
22. И когда Мафусаил выслушал речь своего отца Еноха, – ибо все тайные вещи он открыл ему, – то возвратился, увидевшись с ним (Енохом), назад, и нарёк тому сыну имя Ной, ибо он утешит землю в вознаграждение за всю погибель.
23. [108] Другое писание, которое Енох написал для своего сына Мафусаила и для всех, которые придут после него и будут сохранять закон в последние дни.
24. Вы, исполнившие его и теперь ожидающие, как в те дни совершится конец над теми, которые делают злое, и сила беззаконников окончится, – вы ожидайте только, когда минует грех, ибо имя их (грешников) будет изглажено из книг святых и семя их погибнет навсегда и навечно, и их духи будут умерщвлены, и они будут восклицать и взывать в пустом необитаемом месте и гореть в огне, где нет земли.
25. И я видел там нечто похожее на облако, чего нельзя было узнать, ибо в следствие глубины его (этого места) я не мог взглянуть на него; и я увидел там ярко – пылающее пламя огня, и там кружились предметы, как блестящие горы, и двигались туда и сюда.
26. И я спросил одного из святых ангелов, бывших при мне, и сказал ему: "что это такое блестящее?
27. ибо это не небо, а только пламя пылающего огня и звуки вопля, и плача, и сетования, и жестокого страдания".
28 И он сказал мне: "в это место, которое ты видишь, – сюда приносятся духи грешников, и хулителей, и тех, которые делают злое и изменяют всё, что Бог сказал устами пророков о будущем.
29. Ибо об этом есть писания и начертания вверху на небе, чтобы ангелы читали их и знали, что случится с грешниками и духа Enoch 20
1. [106] And after some time, my son Methuselah took a wife to his son Lemech, and she conceived of him and gave birth to a son.
2. His body was white as snow, and red as a rose, and his head and dark hair was like a wave (fleece), and his eyes were beautiful; and when he opened his eyes, they lit up the whole house like the sun, so that the whole house became unusually bright.
3. And as soon as he was taken from the hand of the midwife, he opened his mouth and began to speak the truth to the Lord.
4. And his father Lamech feared this, and withdrew, and came to his father Methuselah.
5. And he said to him: "I have given birth to an extraordinary son; he is not like a man, but is like the children of the heavenly angels, for he was born differently than we are: his eyes are like the rays of the sun and his face is brilliant.
6. And it seems to me that he comes not from me, but from angels;
and I fear that a miracle happens on earth in his days.
7. And now, my father, I here with an unrelenting request to you that you go to our father Enoch and find out the truth from him, for he has his dwelling near the angels ".
8. And when Methuselah listened to the speech of his son, he came to me to the ends of the earth, - for he heard that I was there, and exclaimed; and I heard his voice, and came to him, and said to him: "here I am, my son, for you have come to me".
9. And he answered me and said: “For the sake of an important matter, I came to you, and because of a disturbing incident, I approached here.
10. And now, my father, hear me out: my son Lamech had a son, an image and a form which is not like a man; his color is whiter than snow, and redder than a rose, and his head hair is whiter than a white fleece, and his eyes are like the rays of the sun; and he opened his eyes, and here they lit up the whole house.
11. And taken from the hand of the midwife he opened his mouth and glorified the Lord of heaven.
12. Then his father Lamech was afraid, and he came running to me; and he does not believe that he is descended from him, but that he is like the angels of heaven; and here I came to you, so that you would reveal to me the truth ".
13. And I, Enoch, answered and said to him: “The Lord will do something new on earth, and I know this, and I saw in a vision, and revealed to you that in the age of my father Jared some angels descended from the height of heaven Lord.
14. And so they committed a sin, and transgressed the law, and united with their wives, and committed sin with them, and took wives out of them, and bore children with them.
15. And great destruction will come to all the earth, a flood will come, and there will be great destruction in the course of the year.
16. This son who was born to you will remain on earth, and his three sons will be saved with him; when all the people living on earth die, he and his sons will be saved.
17. [They give birth not to the earth giants, not according to the spirit, but according to the flesh, and for this a great punishment will come to the earth, the earth will be completely washed away from all uncleanness].
18. And now, to bring out your son Lamech, that the one born is really his son, and name him Noah, for he will be a remnant for you; and he and his sons will be saved from annihilation, which will come to earth for all sins and for all unrighteousness that are done on earth in his day.
19. And after that, the untruth will be much more than the one that was done on earth before, for I know the secrets of the saints, since He-the Lord allowed me to see them and opened them to me, and I honored them on the tablets of heaven.
20. [107] And I saw written on them that kind after generation would be lawless until the kind of truth arose, and lawlessness would be doomed to perdition, and sin would disappear from the earth, and all good things would appear on it.
21. And now, my son, go and raise to your son Lamech that this born son is really his son, and this is not a lie "."
22. And when Methuselah listened to the speech of his father Enoch, - for he had revealed all secret things to him, he returned, seeing him (Enoch), back, and the name of that son Noah, for he would console the earth as a reward for all his death.
23. [108] Another scripture that Enoch wrote for his son Methuselah and for all who come after him and will keep the law in the last days.
24. You, who have fulfilled it and are now waiting, how in those days an end will be made over those who do evil, and the power of the wicked will end, you only wait when the sin has passed, for their name (sinners) will be blotted out of the books of the saints and the seed they will perish forever and forever, and their spirits will be put to death, and they will shout and cry in an empty desert place and burn in a fire where there is no earth.
25. And I saw there something resembling a cloud that could not be recognized, because, due to the depth of its (this place), I could not look at it; and I saw there a bright, blazing flame of fire, and there objects swirled around like brilliant mountains, and moved here and there.
26. And I asked one of the holy angels that were before me, and said to him: "What is this brilliant?"
27. For it is not heaven, but only a flame of blazing fire, and the sounds of crying, and weeping, and lamenting, and cruel suffering. "
28 And he said to me: "In this place that you see, the spirits of sinners are brought here, and detractors, and those who do evil, and
