Always for YouIn the air I flew
Through the clouds I fall
Through the country I've walked
In front of temples I've stood
Before the ocean I pray
And I said your name
In the air I flew
Broken ArrowПо поводу этой композиции, могу сказать, что это очень хороший пост-рок и весь альбом просто потрясающий. На месте этого трека мог быть любой с этого альбома. Волшебная музыка!
Eastern GlowOne by one
We force ourselves
Turn it on
It comes in waves
Try to find
Maybe this time
Don't turn your head
Falling From The SunIf the sky is burning, when the clouds move in
We come so close, when we just miss
We can't see the start, we can't hide the end
Find our way to fall
Find our way to fall
Find our way to fall
Find our way to fall
On Your WayYou were sewn to the ground, so you cut the wires of lead.
You swim against the tide, yet you drowned in the sky.
You whispered to make a sound, and you crawled to reach the ground.
You held your head up high, yet you duck beneath the clouds.
And you, are on your way.
You, are on your way.
This one was locked, closed down and refrained.
There Is A WindRunning so far ahead
Just to get back to the end
There is something in our way
There is something I can’t say
There’s a wind behind everyone
It takes us through our lives
I wish I could have stayed
Twenty Two Fourteen7. The Album Leaf - Twentytwofourteen
There comes a moment in the life of every artist where they reach their zenith and no matter how hard they try, they can never reach those heights again. For Jimmy LaValle, this highpoint came with his solo project The Album Leaf, specifically the three minutes and forty-four seconds of bliss served up in “Twenty Two Fourteen.” It is a track dripping in melody and rich with a warmth few other tracks can match. As opening bars of resonant organ tones hum, every note is delivered with perfect timing and each individual layer adds a whole new depth and emotion – the rising ambience, glockenspiel chimes, saw flourishes, string melodies, and those unmistakable skittering drums building to the sweeping climax. “Twenty Two Fourteen” is a work of sheer, unadulterated beauty capable of moving the listener to faraway places and in ways unimagined. (James Ould)
We AreWe are the pushing, pulling
We are breaking the distance
If there's still sometime in our thoughts
We walk away, and back again
Under the night sky, the twilight
We find ourselves
Here again
